How we use your phone number
We use your phone number to send sign-in codes, onboarding messages, reminders, coaching prompts, and account-related texts. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Your goals and coaching data
Ontrak is designed to store your goals, habits, logs, and coaching history in your Google Drive rather than in an Ontrak content database. You can manage or delete those files in your Google account.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers, such as SMS and hosting providers, only to operate Ontrak.
