Ontrak is an accountability coaching tool designed to help you stay connected to your goals. It is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
SMS consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring Ontrak SMS messages for sign-in and coaching at the phone number provided. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate phone number and for keeping access to your phone and connected accounts secure.
Google Drive
Ontrak is designed so your goals, habits, logs, and coaching history can live in your own Google Drive. You control files stored there through your Google account.
